Money-Back Guarantee Policy Changes

The money-back guarantee for select FedEx Express®, FedEx Ground® and FedEx Freight® services will be temporarily suspended during certain holidays. For specific details, view the holiday money-back guarantee policy.

4On April 10, FedEx Freight will be open with normal pickup and delivery operations and a modified linehaul schedule. Shipments picked up that are not moved will resume transit on the next normal operating day. For example, a one-day shipment picked up on April 10 will resume on April 13 and be delivered on April 14.

10On July 3 and Dec. 31, FedEx Freight will be open with only prearranged pickup and delivery shipments being made. Freight shipments picked up on July 3 will resume on July 6, and shipments picked up on Dec. 31 will resume on Jan. 4. For example, a one-day shipment picked up on Dec. 31 will resume on Jan. 4 and be delivered on Jan. 5.
