Use of temperature probe (available for a fee); required for temperatures between -20º C and -200º C

We train your team.
Once a contract is in place, SenseAware experts walk you through how to program journeys to your exact needs.
We provide devices.
You receive an agreed-upon number of devices, which are yours to reuse as often as you want. Learn more about our shipment monitoring devices.
You program the journey.
Set up the details of your journey, including what to monitor, geofences, participant access, and alerts. (Journey details can be reused for similar shipments.)
You power up and place the device.
Turn on the device and place it in the package. Be sure to provide return packaging if needed.
You monitor the shipment.
You and the journey participants can view location and environmental indicators of your shipments in real time.
We monitor the shipment 24/7.
FedEx will alert law enforcement per the agreement terms if security parameters of the shipment become compromised.
You reset and reuse.
Have the device returned to you so it can be recharged and ready for your next journey.
