What’s it like being a marketing intern at FedEx?

Our interns work on real-world projects that range from developing new products and managing corporate initiatives, to designing content for mobile applications and promoting the FedEx brand. Additionally, our interns connect with all levels of management through projects, our executive speaker series, lunch-and-learns, and tours. The net result is a very clear understanding of the breadth of FedEx Global Marketing and a summer filled with lasting memories!

Interview preparation tips

We're thrilled to connect with you through our interview process at FedEx, where we really dive into what makes you shine. All interviews are conducted virtually by a panel consisting of at least two managers. The interviews are rooted in behavioral-based questions that focus on key attributes the role requires. Ensure your answers are well structured and provide clear examples using metrics or data, if applicable. We recommend using the STAR method in interviews, which addresses the situation, task, action, and result in your answer. Have specific examples that showcase your expertise and demonstrate how you’ve taken risks, succeeded, failed, and grown in that process.
