Importers now can inquire tax statements for their personal import shipments with real-name authentication (RNA) online via EZ WAY APP and the Customs website. In alignment with Customs' paperless policies for energy conservation and carbon emission reduction, FedEx has ceased tax invoice printing service for importers who have verified their identity as real-name authenticated (RNA) individuals. | DECLARATION CATEGORY AFFIDAVIT | For your business required, you can assign FedEx to declare your non-document and/or customs value is over TWD$2000 with duty and tax shipment to be declared under formal entry. |
| IMPORT AND EXPORT DOCUMENTS EMAIL ALERT | It is a convenient alert for you to request to receive the declaration form by email by next day noon right after customs release and to receive the import duty and tax statements after the release of imported items. |
| REAL NAME AUTHENTICATION GUIDE FOR PERSONAL SHIPMENT (RNA) | It is much expedited and safe way to authorize declaration, Taiwan customs will push notification to your cell phone when your importer shipment is arrival, you just need to press confirmation, and the authorization is completed and finished. | POST RELEASE DUTY PAYMENT APPLICATION GUIDE | It is limited to formal entry use only. The importer applies deposit to customs and authorizes FedEx as broker for post release duty payment declaration.The deposit can be used for duty and tax deduction temporarily, and the importer should pay the duty and tax within 14 days after customs release. And the deposit will be refilled when duty and tax paid. The customs application form is Chinese version only. |
| THE IMPORT DUTY AND TAX PAYMENT IS MUCH CONVENIENT | The EZ WAY app adds the functions of query and online payment of import duty and tax. You only need to register the real-name authentication in the EZ Way app to receive the push and pay the import duty and tax directly in the app when there is tax on imported shipments.
