Where can I find my case or tracking number?

To get your case number, just contact us by email, phone or chat. It should always start with a ‘C-’ followed by a series of digits. Your tracking number can be found on the shipment confirmation page, confirmation email and shipping label. Bear in mind the air waybill number is also the same as the tracking number.
