No. You will continue to have access to the same services and support teams you trust. Our team members are fully committed to delivering the same exceptional service you expect from FedEx Express and TNT. FedEx Express and TNT will continue to provide services as they do today. You can rely on the same customer service team that you currently deal with. As we bring local ground network operations and sales teams together, you will benefit from one courier looking after all of your FedEx Express and TNT shipments, and easier access to the full FedEx Express and TNT service portfolio through a single Sales contact.
TNT customers shipping to or from an embargoed country under U.S. export regulations were notified in February 2016 that all services to or from such countries were discontinued with effect from April 4, 2016.
For the time being, FedEx Express and TNT will continue to provide services as they do today. We intend to develop our services jointly for the future benefit of all our customers.

Each company's packaging is customized and optimized for its own delivery network and as such should only be used with the company who supplied the packaging. You may ship using your own packaging or using the shipping company's packaging but please do not mix packaging.
