How do Funds Transfer & Others work?
Please quote your invoice number when you are making payment for a single invoice or include your FedEx account number when you are paying multiple invoices. This will ensure that your payment is processed in a timely manner and your account balance is up to date. For your convenience, there are a number of ways for you to settle your bill.

Instruct your bank to transfer funds to the account below and then notify us by sending an e-mail to
SG-paymentadvice@fedex.com. Please remember always to include your account number, invoice number, and the payment amount in your e-mail.

Option 3 : GIRO Payment (not applicable for Miscellaneous Billing Service)
GIRO is a convenient and cashless automated electronic payment service. It enables customers to make hassle-free payments to us through their bank account. There are currently no fees being charged for setting up a GIRO arrangement.
You can sign up for GIRO payment by completing an application form (known as the GIRO Direct Debit Authorisation) and return the filled out hard copy to us at the following address. The form can be found here where you can download and print.
