How to pay by Credit Card or Credit Note?

Simply scan the code with your smartphone or access the URL above to pay bill securely and quickly online with a credit card by following the below steps:
1. Enter the FedEx Ref No.*, amount, date as well as the contact email address.
2. Select the payment method.
3. Enter the required information and review the payment details.
4. A payment confirmation will be displayed once you have completed the payment.
You may repeat the above steps if you have multiple FedEx Ref No. to pay at time.
*Note: FedEx Ref No. can be found in your Tax / Commercial invoice or Reimbursement note.Â

When using a credit note to offset a FedEx Ref No.*, please be reminded that the credit is only applicable to the FedEx Ref No. stated on the note. In addition, if full payment has been made for a disputed FedEx Ref No. before you have received a credit note, kindly notify us with the FedEx Ref No.
