How do Funds Transfer & Others work?
Please quote your FedEx Ref No.* when you are making payment for a single FedEx Ref No. or include your FedEx account number when you are paying multiple FedEx Ref No. This will ensure that your payment is processed in a timely manner and your account balance is up to date. For your convenience, there are a number of ways for you to settle your bill.

Instruct your bank to transfer funds to the account below and notify us by sending an email to KH-paymentadvice@fedex.com. Please remember always to include your FedEx Account Number, FedEx Ref No.*, and the Payment Amount in your email.
*Note: FedEx Ref No. can be found in your Tax / Commercial invoice or Reimbursement note.
