How do I cancel a shipment?

You can cancel your shipment online within 12 hours on or before the ship date printed on the label. If you do not use the air waybill or you are unable to delete it from the "Shipping History", you will not be billed for transportation charges.

Follow the steps below to cancel a shipment:

1. Access our online shipping tool.You will be asked to log in if you have not already done so.

2. On the new FedEx Ship ManagerTM, click on the "Shipment" tab on the left navigation bar.

3. Select the three-vertical dot next to the shipment you desired to cancel.

4. Click the "Cancel" button.

5. If you have created the pickup for the shipment, please also cancel the pickup.
