Can I arrange a pickup request for the sender who is in another country?

Payers of shipping charges can utilize our remote pickup service to arrange pickups from overseas.

How to arrange a pickup
Please submit your request using the application form.

Service hours

Weekdays: 09:00 - 17:30
Saturdays: 09:00 - 17:00
Sundays and national holidays: Closed

* Application received outside of the service hours will be processed on the next business day.
Exceptions may apply during the summer holidays, year-end and New Year periods. Please visit fedex.com for details on these exceptions.

After submission
Once we review your application, we will issue a Case Number (Inquiry Number) and notify you.

After issuing a Case number

Our representative at the shipping address will reach out during business hours in the pickup market to confirm shipment readiness and coordinate the pickup date and time.

Please note that even if you specify a preferred pickup date and time, we may not be able to accommodate your request due to various factors. If the pickup location is in a remote area as defined by us, or if there are numerous requests for remote pickup, it may take several days to arrange the pickup.

Important notes for shippers

  • Shippers must ensure that shipments are packed and ready by the requested pickup date. Coordinate with your business partner prior to arranging for a pickup.
  • Shipping documents (waybill, commercial invoice, etc.) must be prepared for each shipment. Clarify with your business partner whether the shipper or the payer will handle the documentation before arranging for remote pickup service.
  • The service is not intended for urgent shipments, as arranging a pickup may take time.
  • Service availability may vary based on our offerings in each market.
  • Remote pickup service is not available in all markets.
