How to arrange
Please download and fill out the request form. Attach the completed request form, and email it to RPI_JP@fedex.com.
Available service days and hours
Weekdays: 9:00 - 17:30
Saturdays: 9:00 - 17:00
Sundays and national holidays: Closed

After application
After we confirm the contents of your application form, we will issue a Control Number (Inquiry Number) and notify you.
After issuing a control number
Our representative in charge at the shipping address (during business hours in the country of pickup) will contact the shipper to confirm the readiness of the shipment, and then arrange a pickup date and time.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the pickup date even if you indicate the desired pickup date (or desired delivery date) in the margin of the application form or in an e-mail.
Please note that it may take a few days to pick up your order if there are many remote pickup requests.
Notes for shippers
- Shippers are required to pack and prepare cargo by the requested pickup date. Please make prior arrangements with your business partner before applying for a pickup.
- Please note that shipping documents (waybill, commercial invoice, etc.) must be prepared for each shipment. Please coordinate with your business partner about whether the shipper or the payer of the shipping charges will prepare the documents before you put together your shipment.
- Please do not use this service for urgent shipments as it may take some time to arrange for pickup.
- Please note that the availability of the requested service type will depend on our service offerings in the country.
- Remote pickup service is not available in all countries.
