When I tracked my shipment right after it was shipped, it showed an estimated delivery date, but now it does not. Why?
If an estimated delivery date cannot be displayed, it is likely that there are exceptional circumstances. When exceptional circumstances occur, we cannot predict how long a shipment will be delayed, so we cannot display an estimated delivery date.
Examples of exceptional circumstances
- Exceptional circumstance; when there is a problem at customs clearance.
- Delay due to reasons beyond our control; incomplete delivery address, etc.
What happens to the shipment under such circumstances?
The shipment will be transported to its destination as soon as the situation is resolved..
The estimated delivery date has not been displayed for several days. What should I do?
