FedEx Remote Pick-Up Request Form - Inbound Shipment

Please fill out this form to request a FedEx Express pickup for your shipment if the pickup location is in a different country or territory. The information provided below will be entered in our worldwide booking system.

By submitting this form, you are confirming that the shipment, air waybill and commercial invoices/clearance paperwork are ready for pickup. Due to factors like time differences, public holidays, and shipper availability, FedEx is unable to ensure a precise pickup time for remote pickup requests. Providing comprehensive shipper details, like the shipper's phone number and commodity description (quantity, weight, packaging type), will make remote pickups easier.

Operation Hours for submission: 09:00 to 17:30 on weekdays, 09:00-17:00 on Saturday.

You will receive email feedback containing the Case Number within 2 hours for request submitted during business hours;
If you submit request outside of business hours, you can expect to receive an email with the Case Number before 11:00 on the following working day;
For urgent requests outside of the above hours, please contact the Customer Service Hotline. (The hotline is available from 08:30 to 18:30 on weekdays and from 08:30 to 17:30 on Saturdays.

Please fill the following items in English:

1. Enter the valid 12-digit tracking number. *

• If you do not have the tracking number, kindly visit the FedEx official website to generate an air waybill and obtain the tracking number.
• If it is a multiple packages shipment, please enter the master shipment tracking number.

2. Enter the commodity name. *

3. Package quantity and dimension (cm or in) *

• Please provide the packed shipment dimension in the order of Length, width, and height, and separate the number with "x".
• Please provide the package quantity right after the same dimension size by using the "-" as package quantity separator. If the package information is more than one, please use "/" as separator.
• Example: 2 boxes of packages with length, width, and height of 30 cm; 5 boxes with length 40 cm, width 12 cm and height 3 cm. The value is 30X30X30cm-2/40X12X3cm-5.

You acknowledge and agree that (a) FedEx has no obligation for carriage of any shipment unless, subject to any and all other applicable terms and conditions, the shipper appropriately completes and signs FedEx’s air waybill and the shipment is accepted by FedEx;(b) neither your Request, nor any act of FedEx in responding to your Request or anything contained in your submission shall be regarded or construed as constituting any agreement or other binding commitment of FedEx for accepting, transporting or delivering any shipment; and (c) this submission is not an air waybill, cargo receipt, consignment note, record of carriage or any other document which may have similar particular meaning and legal effect under applicable conventions, treaties, laws or regulations. To process the Request, you may be required in some countries to separately issue letter of guarantee in favor of FedEx for payment of all charges by the shipper and/or other payor. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS THAT ARE GIVEN TO FEDEX, THE PARTY THAT INITIATES THE IMPORT SHIPMENT TRANSACTION WITH FEDEX IS ULTIMATELY LIABLE FOR, WILL BE BILLED FOR, AND AGREES TO PAY, ALL CHARGES AND FEES, INCLUDING ANY SPECIAL HANDLING FEES AND ANY DUTIES OR TAXES WHICH WE HAVE DISBURSED, REGARDLESS OF ANY PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CONTRARY, IF THE SENDER OR THIRD PARTY FAILS OR REFUSES TO PAY. *
