FedEx offers free packaging services only for shipments transiting via FedEx network. FedEx reserves a right to invoice a customer all its packaging costs in case it is identified, that the customer hasn't shipped via FedEx network, although free FedEx packaging service was ordered in case of respective parcel.
* FedEx packaging should not be used for shipping International Economy Services® within Europe
* For Domestic shipments only the FedEx Envelope and FedEx Reusable Large pack can be used
* Your packaging order cannot exceed one month of packaging inventory
