One-Time Pickup
Arrange a one-time shipment pickup, and we’ll send a FedEx courier to your location. You can also schedule a pickup while creating a label in FedEx Ship Manager, or without creating a label.

Recurring FedEx Pickup
Do you ship every day?
Simplify your routine and plan ahead for recurring delivery needs with regularly scheduled pickups. It’s a time-saving alternative to repeatedly dropping off shipments or making individual pickup requests.
Do you ship regularly, but not every day?
If you’re shipping with FedEx Ground services regularly but not every day, FedEx Ground Automated Pickup1 could be right for you. Your FedEx automation system2 will alert us when you’ve created the first shipment of the day and need a pickup. We’ll only come on days you need us, saving you time while helping to reduce our carbon footprint.

You can also pickup or drop off shipments at your convenience at a number of locations across Canada.
