This page allows you to manage your profile on fedex.com, as well as how you would like FedEx to contact you if needed.
Login Information
For your protection, FedEx has developed the following security guidelines for your fedex.com profile. Please store your login information, secret question and answer in a secure place.
User ID and Password
- User ID must be 6 characters or more and is case sensitive
- Valid user ID: abc2def
- Invalid user ID: ab2cd
- Password must be at least 8 characters or more and is case sensitive
- Valid password: Happy2Day
- Invalid password: ab2cd
- Password must contain at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter and one numeric character
- Valid password: Happy2day, Happy2day2
- Invalid password: sohappy, 12345678
- Password can have no more than three occurrences of the same character in a row
- Valid password: abc222a, aaa222a
- Invalid password: abc2222a, aaaa222a
- Password cannot contain full Company Name (if applicable) or Email Address
NOTE: For security purposes, you must re-enter your old password in order to create a new password.
Secret Question and Secret Answer
- To maximize protection of your profile, you need to provide a secret question and answer. Should you ever forget your login credentials, this information will be used to confirm your identity and grant you access to fedex.com.
Contact Information
Your contact information is only used by FedEx if an occasion arises that we need to contact you. The country you select will determine which fields are required.
