At FedEx, we strive to ensure that your shipments arrive at their destination on time and undamaged. In the event of a claim, the Insured or their Representative/Agent is required to give notice to FedEx as soon as you become aware of any loss or even if there is a threat of potential loss.
For Domestic and International claims, click here to download the claim form. You will need to complete this form and email it with the supporting documentation to this email address.
