How can I make payment of VAT and Duties online?

To make your VAT and Duties payment online, follow the simple steps below:

1. Access our Online Payment system

Click on the "Pay Now" button that you will receive via email from FedEx@message.fedex.com (provided we have your email address in our Customer Profile database) to access our online payment system. Please note that that is a no-reply mailbox.

2. Accept and Proceed to Pay

Once you're on our online payment system, you will see a breakdown of the VAT and duty charges along with the total amount to pay. Click on the "Accept and Proceed" button to be directed to the secure payment portal.

3. Confirm Your Payment

Enter your payment information and confirm the payment on the screen.

4. Receive Your Email Confirmation

Once your payment has been processed and we have received customs clearance release notification from South African Customs (SARS), we will dispatch your shipment for delivery. We will send a confirmation email to the email address we have on file for you. Please keep this email for your records.
