During times of elevated volumes, high demand for capacity, and increased operating costs across our network, FedEx implements Demand Surcharges1. Demand Surcharges are determined for each market based on regular assessments of shipment volume and capacity within our network to accommodate.

Due to changes in market conditions:
- Demand Surcharge for exports from Latin America and Caribbean countries to Israel is effective from November 4th, 2024, until further notice.
- Demand Surcharge for Latin America and Caribbean imports from Europe is effective from November 4th, 2024, until January 31st, 2025.
FedEx reserves the right to reassess and/or reinstate the Demand Surcharge at its sole discretion.
