What is picture proof of delivery attempt?
If your driver can’t deliver your package, you’ll get a photo of the delivery attempt. For example, if:
- There’s an obstacle that prevents the driver from getting to your door.
- Your package needs an adult signature, but nobody is home.
You can track your package or sign up for notifications if you’d like to receive picture proof of delivery attempts. You can also take steps to reduce missed deliveries:
- Redirect your package to a nearby retail location if you’re not going to be home, then pick it up.
