With the FedEx Technology Incentive Program, your business can get help paying for integration products that work with your automation systems, as well as cash for printers and servers. The lists of approved vendors gives you the freedom to decide what’s best for your business.

Customer requirements

• Must meet eligibility requirements (see your FedEx account executive for details).
• Must sign a one-, two- or three-year shipping agreement with minimum revenue commitments or participation will be denied.
• Must agree to make purchase within 10 business days of receipt of funds
• Customers who terminate will not receive additional incentives for 18 months and may have to repay some or all of their prior incentives.

1. Contact your FedEx account executive to get qualified.
2. Your account executive will connect you with a program expert who will help you find the best technology recommendation and process the contract.
3. Review and select a partner from the list of vendors provided.

Warranty

Hardware vendors offer one-, two- or three-year warranties on hardware products and provide technical support, as needed. Additional warranty options are also available for purchase. Please note: FedEx does not provide a warranty or support. Support is provided solely through the hardware vendor.
