Frequently asked questions about Amex Offers
Ongoing savings and rewards opportunities will be available by logging in to your American Express® online account and clicking "Add to Card" or through the Amex Mobile app. Amex Offers is available to American Express® Business Card Members when you enroll your Card, and use the same Card for payment at participating Amex Offers merchants, including FedEx.

Business Card Members will receive offers, which can be applied directly from promotional emails through the Amex Mobile app or by logging in to your American Express online account and clicking “Add to Card."
Yes. Log in to your American Express online account to see the latest offers and add as many as you want to your Card. Download the Amex Mobile app to view, add, and track available offers on the go. Add the offer to your Card, and then use the same Card to pay.
Yes. Amex Offers is in addition to any FedEx account discounts or promotions. It may be combined with other promotions offered by FedEx, including the FedEx Advantage® Savings Program.

No, but you will need a FedEx account number to receive any additional FedEx discounts.
FedEx and Amex billing questions
You must link your Business Card to your FedEx account to ensure FedEx Express® and FedEx Ground® services are direct-billed to your Business Card and to receive added FedEx discounts.
Call FedEx Revenue Services at 1.800.622.1147 and request “invoice-level settlements.” This will condense the daily shipments into one charge per day.
View your detailed account information using FedEx® Billing Online. Select View and Pay Bill from the Support tab at fedex.com.
No. Once your American Express Business Card is linked to your FedEx account for direct billing, FedEx Express and FedEx Ground shipping invoices will end, and charges will appear only on your American Express monthly statement.
To receive Amex Offers, payment must be made with an enrolled American Express Business Card at the time of shipment. Invoiced billing for FedEx Express and FedEx Ground shipments is not eligible for Amex Offers.
Yes. You may unlink your American Express Business Card from your FedEx account at any time, and you will begin receiving FedEx invoices for FedEx Express and FedEx Ground shipments again.
