What will be the difference between FedEx Easy Returns and other FedEx returns options?

FedEx Easy Returns will be a cost-effective way to combine customer returns into one shipment. With other FedEx returns solutions, each package ships individually. When you'll use our FedEx Easy Returns service, you will exchange speed for reduced costs.

What types of returns will be eligible for FedEx Easy Returns?

This service will be ideal for apparel, accessories, and soft goods that fit in a poly bag.

Will there be package size limits?

Yes, returns will need to fit into a polybag to be placed into a consolidated box and will need to be lightweight, usually under 10lbs.

Will there be a minimum volume required to qualify for FedEx Easy Returns?

There will be a minimum of 10 average daily volume listed for this program, but the solution will be mostly suitable for merchants with about 3,000 returns per year or higher.

Will I be able to consolidate international returns?

No. FedEx Easy Returns will only be for returns within the U.S. You can use FedEx® Global Returns for international returns shipments.

Will there be an API connection option available for the FedEx Easy Returns program?

Yes. You will be able to integrate directly with FedEx Returns Technology via API or use a 3rd party returns platform.
