FedEx Consolidated Returns is a cost-effective way to combine customer returns into one shipment. With other FedEx returns solutions, each package ships individually. When you use our consolidated returns service, you exchange speed for reduced costs.
What types of returns are eligible for FedEx Consolidated Returns?
This service is ideal for apparel, accessories, and soft goods that fit in a poly bag.
Are there package weight and length limits?
Yes. Each return can weigh a maximum of 5 lbs. The package can’t be longer than 15.5" when folded and packed in the poly bag.
Is there a ADV (average daily volume) minimum to qualify for the Consolidated Returns Program?
Yes. A minimum of 50 ADV is required to qualify.
Can I consolidate international returns?
No. FedEx Consolidated Returns is only for returns within the U.S. You can use FedEx® Global Returns for international returns shipments.
