FedEx Express® Freight services offer time-definite delivery of palletized freight by 10:30 a.m., noon or 3 p.m. in 1, 2 or 3 business days to most U.S. locations.
*Due to air-cargo capacity constraints, we are adjusting delivery commitment times for several FedEx Express® services in the U.S. November 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021. This includes changing the FedEx 1Day® Freight commit time to 11:30 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. to most locations and the FedEx 2Day® Freight and FedEx 3Day® Freight commit times to 4:30 p.m. in most locations.
Additionally, FedEx money-back guarantee is suspended for FedEx Express® services for which money-back guarantee was previously reinstated November 1, 2021 through January 16, 2022.

If no one is available to receive your shipment, request FedEx Hold for Pickup. We’ll deliver your freight to the nearest FedEx location and contact the recipient when it arrives. Your shipment will be securely held until the recipient can pick it up.
