Yes. Our residential ground service FedEx Home Delivery delivers every day of the week, including Saturdays and Sundays. There’s no additional cost, and delivery takes 1–5 days within the contiguous U.S. and 3–7 days to and from Alaska and Hawaii.
What are this year’s Mother’s Day shipping deadlines?
Check out our “ship by” dates to plan ahead and get your gift to Mom on time for Mother’s Day, May 12, 2024. The last day to ship is May 9, 2024, if you use a priority overnight shipping option.
Can I ship wine or champagne as a Mother’s Day gift?
You can ship alcohol through the FedEx network only if you’re a business that holds the appropriate licenses and is enrolled in the FedEx alcohol shipping program. Individuals cannot ship alcohol via FedEx. Learn more about shipping wine, beer,

Do I need insurance to ship jewelry or other valuables?
That’s up to you. You may or may not choose to purchase insurance from a third party, but you can’t purchase it from FedEx. We do have a standard $100 limit of liability, and you have the option to declare a value to reflect an amount that exceeds that $100 when you create your shipment.
