About FedEx Rewards

FedEx Rewards is a loyalty program that’s free to join. It provides benefits to members for doing business with FedEx. With FedEx Rewards, you can receive gift cards from name-brand retailers.
To enroll, follow these easy steps.
- Sign Up Now.
- Enter your FedEx account number and your ZIP code.
- Click Enroll.
To find out if you are currently a FedEx Rewards member, click Sign Up or Login in the top right corner. Log in using your FedEx account credentials. Once logged in, click on the profile icon to see if FedEx Rewards is listed.Â
As a member of FedEx Rewards, you receive shipping offers that reward you for using eligible FedEx® services.

Here is how you can take advantage of the offers:
1. Receive offers on the first day of the month. (Activate your offers by the 15th of the month.)
2. Attain your goals.
3. Choose your reward.
Each FedEx Rewards membership is allowed to link one FedEx shipping account, one FedEx Office® account, and one FedEx Freight® account.

To link your existing FedEx account to FedEx Rewards, Sign up and enter your account number to register.
Step 1. If you’re already enrolled in FedEx® Billing Online, log in to your Billing Online account. If you’re not enrolled, see instructions below.Â
Step 2. From the Account Summary page, select the Invoice Number associated with the package not delivered on time.Â
Step 3. Select the individual tracking number.Â
Step 4. Select the Dispute button, then Dispute type/Dispute Reason.

If you’re not enrolled in FedEx Billing Online, go to fedex.com, click the Support tab, and click View & Pay Bill. FedEx Billing Online is an easy-to-use online tool that helps you manage your invoice-related tasks by eliminating excess paperwork and improving productivity.

If you’re not enrolled in FedEx Billing Online, you can submit a request through the invoice adjustment feature at fedex.com.Â
You may not be able to request a refund or credit for a shipment that arrives late on days of the year such as Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. Beginning Dec.18, 2024, through Dec. 24, 2024, the FedEx Rewards refund or credit request benefit for shipments that arrive late will be temporarily suspended for the eligible FedEx priority and standard services.
