- Coil: Perfect for documents that will be opened and laid flat, or even folded back on themselves
- Comb: Perfect for easy addition/removal of pages, up to 450 pages deep; ideal for manuals
- Tape: Permanent black tape strip on the left side; best with cardstock covers; lies flat for easy transport
- 3-ring clear view binder: Great for policy and procedure manuals or large documents; generally includes a cover and spine
- Booklet: Good for marketing materials and quick-reference guides; also known as saddle stitching
- Perfect binding: Best for annual reports and documents that require a highly polished look; similar to a paperback book with a “wraparound” full-color cover

All orders need to be submitted by Thursday at 1:00 p.m. to be ready for pickup or delivery the following week.
In order to improve quality, protect the CWRU brand and ensure accurate colors are on the items, we are now off-set printing all stationery items. In the past, items like business cards were being produced digitally. While digital printing is faster and more convenient, it does not provide the quality and accuracy the off-set process provides. Off-set printing with us allows us greater brand integrity.
All items must be ordered through the online system, as this has replaced the Printing Services solution. Click on the "Place an Order" button, choose the item, quantity and logo type you need and enter your information into the online form. An online proof will be generated for your review and once approved will be routed for production. You will not receive an additional hard copy proof. Payment is rendered by providing your speed type number during checkout.
Yes. By adding the item to the shopping cart, it will be saved and can be viewed again as long as you are using the same computer that was used to place the item into the cart.
Ordering your CWRU items through the portal linked here is the only approved method for ordering branded items, as these items meet current brand standards established by the university.
Yes.
Orders are produced on a weekly basis. The order cutoff is 1:00 p.m. each Thursday. Typically, completed orders will be available for pick up at Thwing Student Center in 3-5 business days after the Thursday cut off. Requesting delivery may add additional time to the receipt of your order.
Example: A business card order is placed at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday. It moves to production at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday and should be available for pickup at Thwing Student Center by Wednesday or Thursday of the following week.
We understand there may be templates that are not currently on the site. If you need a specialty item or require modifications, please call us at the Thwing Student Center store and the team will be happy to assist you with the order. If the item is something that will be needed on an ongoing basis, we may be able to add it to the site for your future orders.
Yes. All past orders are stored in the history section. However, all items ordered through the site by all CWRU users are stored in the history, so you will need to use a very specific keyword or date to search for and find your order. It may be easier to simply recreate the order.
