Visit our login page and click the Forgot Password link. Then, follow the prompts to reset your password securely.
- Log in to your FedEx account with your username and password.
- In the top toolbar, click the icon by your name. Select My Profile from the drop-down menu.
- From the options, click Account Management. You should see a list of your account details, including your FedEx account number.
- If you can’t find your account number through the online portal, contact FedEx Customer Support.
Reminder: Keep your FedEx account number confidential. It’s essential for shipping and billing purposes.
Yes. Click the Add Existing button. Enter your account information on the Add Account screen. The address information you enter must match the physical address provided to FedEx for this account. The address is usually the shipping address you entered when the account was created.
You can also assign this account to the various Groups and Users you added to FedEx Administration. Click the Save button to add the account or Cancel to discard.
