FedEx Freight Box Pricing Provisions

Applicable Terms: Outbound Prepaid, Outbound Collect, Inbound Collect*

*As of Sept. 16, 2019, all new FedEx Freight box accounts will have Inbound Collect pricing. Existing accounts created before Sept. 16, 2019, will need to contact their FedEx account executive to request Inbound Collect pricing.

Rules
FXF 100 Series (see Rules Tariff for specific applications).

Exceptions
Item 981 — Weight (Reweigh) & Freight (Inspection) Validation (fees only) — WAIVED.

Box Rate Liability Notice
Except as provided herein, this pricing program is subject to common carriage laws, rules and regulations with the maximum liability coverage not to exceed $7.50 per pound per package or $100,000 per incident, whichever is lower. For other limitations of liability applying to shipments such as used equipment and international shipments, refer to FXF 100 Rules Tariff Item 420.

Shipment must be 100% contained in a box.

Shipment weight and number of boxes must be indicated on the original Bill of Lading.

Shipper must not designate "Do Not Stack" or any other provision limiting the ability to stack the box.

**Hazardous materials are prohibited.**

Discounts will not apply to any Rate per Unit contained herein.

Customer hereby agrees that the rates and charges contained in this Agreement are intended to be utilized only for Customer and that it will not allow the rates and charges contained herein to be used or utilized in any manner by any other customer, broker, freight forwarder, logistics and consulting organization or any other reseller of freight services. Carrier shall have the right to immediately terminate any and all discounts contained herein for any violation by Customer of this provision, which shall not be considered an election of remedies and shall be in addition to any other rights and remedies available to Carrier under law and this Agreement.

All information provided herein, including any attached pricing, whether in written or electronic format, is confidential and shall be held in strict confidence by all parties and may not be disclosed unless required by law. By accepting the information, Recipient(s) agrees not to post or publicly display the pricing. Recipient(s) also agrees that any discussions or negotiations regarding the attached pricing or any changes thereto (including but not limited to future pricing offerings) are also confidential and are pursuant to this provision of confidentiality.

In the event FedEx Freight, Inc. receives no shipments rated under the provisions of this item for a period of 30 days, this item will be considered obsolete and subject to cancellation.

Rates and charges herein are subject to FedEx Freight, Inc. general rate increases.
