How can I change or correct the delivery address for a FedEx® package I’ve already shipped?
If you need to change or correct a delivery address before the package is delivered, log in to your FedEx account, go to our tracking page, and follow these steps:
- Enter your tracking number or reference number.
- Select Manage Delivery, then Edit Delivery Address.
- Click Continue to acknowledge that editing your delivery address may change your delivery date. You also have the option to cancel the request by selecting Nevermind.
- Enter edits to your delivery address and click Continue.
- Enter your contact information, in case we need to reach out to you, then click Submit. You’ll receive a case number assigned to your request.
- Click Done.
You can also request to change the delivery address for your shipment through our mobile app.
