When will my package arrive?

There are several ways to check the status of your shipment.

  1. Enter your tracking, door tag, or FedEx Office order number to track your package. If you don’t have one of those numbers, you can use a reference number related to your package or freight shipment, or any purchase order number.
When you track your package, you’ll see your estimated delivery time with a 4-hour window. If you don’t see an estimated delivery time window, that information may not be available for your package.
  2. Use our visibility tools to get a better understanding of when to expect your package. These include:
    • Estimated delivery date and estimated delivery time window.
    • Map view. If you have an estimated delivery time window, you can track your package’s movements along the delivery route. If you don’t see an estimated delivery time window, that information may not be available for your package.
    • Picture proof of delivery or delivery attempt. You can see when and where your package was delivered, or know we tried to deliver it.
    • Track up to 30 packages by sending an email to track@fedex.com. Leave the subject line blank. Type your job order or tracking number(s) in the body of the email. You can put them all on one line, separated by commas, or list them separately. Learn more about how to track by email
  3. Call 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800.463.3339 and say “track my package,” then follow the prompts.
  4. Text “follow” plus your door tag number to 48773.
