When and where can I pick up my package?
If your package was redirected or held for pickup at a retail location, here’s what you need to know:
- You should receive a notification that your package is ready for pickup.
You may receive a text, automated phone call, email, or door tag.* - If you submitted a hold at location request, your package will be at the store you specified.
- If you missed a delivery, check the door tag from your driver. You can:
- Enter the door tag number into the online tracking tool.
- Text “follow” plus your door tag number to 48773.
- Scan the barcode on the door tag via the FedEx® Mobile app.
Downloading the FedEx Mobile app makes managing your deliveries even easier. You’ll be able to access FedEx Delivery Manager® features on your phone for added convenience and control.
* You’ll only receive a text if you’ve opted in to get them. All automated phone calls are made in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
