How can I manage my delivery?

Use our convenient tracking tools. Enter up to 30 of your FedEx tracking, door tag, or FedEx Office order numbers. You’ll be able to:

  • Have your package returned to you.
  • Correct an address.
  • Reroute or make an address change.
  • Dispute a delivery.

For future deliveries, enroll in FedEx Delivery Manager®. You’ll have more control over residential deliveries.

  • Get delivery notifications and alerts to stay informed.
  • Ask your driver to leave your package in a specific spot.
  • If a package is already on its way, request to redirect it to a retail location.
    Then, pick it up when it’s convenient for you.
  • Place a vacation hold on deliveries for up to 14 days.
  • Virtually sign for a package from your phone or computer.

Make managing your deliveries even easier by downloading the free FedEx® Mobile app. You’ll be able to access FedEx Delivery Manager features right from your phone. You can also track packages and create shipping labels on the go.
