How can I manage my delivery?
Use our convenient tracking tools. Enter up to 30 of your FedEx tracking, door tag, or FedEx Office order numbers. You’ll be able to:
- Have your package returned to you.
- Correct an address.
- Reroute or make an address change.
- Dispute a delivery.
For future deliveries, enroll in FedEx Delivery Manager®. You’ll have more control over residential deliveries.
- Get delivery notifications and alerts to stay informed.
- Ask your driver to leave your package in a specific spot.
- If a package is already on its way, request to redirect it to a retail location.
Then, pick it up when it’s convenient for you. - Place a vacation hold on deliveries for up to 14 days.
- Virtually sign for a package from your phone or computer.
Make managing your deliveries even easier by downloading the free FedEx® Mobile app. You’ll be able to access FedEx Delivery Manager features right from your phone. You can also track packages and create shipping labels on the go.
