How do I change my FedEx account user ID and/or password?
To change your user ID:
- Log in to fedex.com with your current user ID and click on My Profile.
- Type in your new user ID with your current password.
- Click on the Save Changes button.
To change your password:
- Log in to fedex.com with your current user ID and click on My Profile.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter your new password in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields.
- Click on the Save Changes button.
