How do I change my FedEx account user ID and/or password? 

To change your user ID:

  1. Log in to fedex.com with your current user ID and click on My Profile.
  2. Type in your new user ID with your current password.
  3. Click on the Save Changes button.


To change your password:

  1.  Log in to fedex.com with your current user ID and click on My Profile.
  2. Enter your current password.
  3. Enter your new password in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields.
  4. Click on the Save Changes button.
