How do I dispute or rebill a duty or charge on an LTL shipment?

If you’re logged in to your account, you can submit a dispute through FedEx^® Billing Online. Click Research on the Shipment Details screen.

You can also fill out a Tax Rebill Notification Form and email it to us.
