How do I get a package out of customs?
Shipments are held at customs to ensure they satisfy export or import regulations. They might be detained due to missing or incomplete paperwork, or because customs authorities need more information. Until we can provide complete information to the authorities, we can’t process the shipment for clearance (unless you have chosen to use your own customs broker). If your package is held at customs, FedEx will contact you for more information.
