What if the account administrator has left the company and I don’t have login credentials?
If you can’t log in or authenticate a login, you’ll need to create a new FedEx Billing Online or FedEx Freight Billing Online account. We can’t provide you with the previous user’s information. Contact your FedEx account representative to create a new account and ensure you’re getting the correct discounts. If you’re worried about fraud, contact our fraud team at 1.800.584.2681.
