Sriram Krishnasamy is the chief transformation officer and chief digital & information officer of FedEx Corporation. He also serves as CEO of FedEx Dataworks.
As chief transformation officer, Krishnasamy oversees the company’s DRIVE program, which was first introduced in 2022 as a collective effort to optimize the FedEx network, improve service, reduce structural costs, and establish an accountability framework to support long-term profitability. Under his leadership, DRIVE has delivered over a billion dollars in structural cost reduction for FedEx during its first two years.
As chief digital & information officer, he leads a global organization of more than 9,000 team members focused on leveraging data insights and technology to optimize the FedEx network, deliver best-in-class customer experiences, and unlock net new digital revenue streams for FedEx.
Krishnasamy also serves as CEO of FedEx Dataworks. Founded in 2020, FedEx Dataworks is an organization focused on translating the terabytes of data flowing from the FedEx physical network into actionable insights that support smarter supply chains. Under his leadership, the team has established a centralized enterprise data platform and robust data science and machine learning practice, which continue to power the company’s digital strategy today.
Since joining FedEx in 1997, Krishnasamy has worked at multiple operating companies and held leadership positions around the globe—including stops in Dubai, Belgium, and India—before settling in Memphis in 2017. His 20+ years of experience at FedEx has contributed to his deep knowledge of the network, unrelenting curiosity about the role of supply chains in connecting the world, and passion for building empathetic solutions that improve lives.
Krishnasamy holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Madras.
