Scot Struminger is Executive Vice President and CEO of Aviation for FedEx Express.
Appointed November 1, 2020, Mr. Struminger oversees the company’s Air Operations organization, comprised of more than 10,000 global team members and more than 680 aircraft serving 375 airports worldwide. In addition, Mr. Struminger oversees airline technology systems and global fleet modernization.
In his previous role as Senior Vice President of Business Operations and Express Technology, Mr. Struminger oversaw the use of Predictive Analysis and Mobile Technology for Flight and Technical Operations, as well as Air Carrier Publications and Records, the FedEx Fuel Sense program, and Supplemental Air Operations.
During his 34-year tenure at FedEx, Mr. Struminger has also served as Vice President of Airline & Sortation Technology at FedEx Services, Regional CIO for FedEx Canada, and managed IT operations in a variety of positions. He is a six-time recipient of the prestigious FedEx Five Star Award.
Mr. Struminger holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Christian Brothers University.
