Neil Lanasa is Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer for FedEx Freight and FedEx Ground. He is based at FedEx Ground headquarters in Moon Township, Pa.
Neil leads the company’s financial operations and analysis and is responsible for execution of the company’s strategic financial plan.
He oversees two distinct organizations. First is the Financial Planning and Analysis group performs planning and budgeting, performance reporting, forecasting, and modeling. Also, in FP&A, is a Financial Systems and Data team that develops and maintains the financial planning system, self-service analytics tools, advanced analytics models and automated data pipelines and reports.

Neil has 19 years of Finance experience at multiple FedEx operating companies, joining in 2003 as a Pricing Analyst before moving into the Finance Department. In every role, he has consistently delivered excellent results through outstanding management and high levels of teammate engagement.
Neil earned his bachelor's and M.B.A. degrees from Duquesne University. He has received multiple awards from the company, including the prestigious FedEx Ground Five Star Award.
Neil resides in Wexford, Pa., with his wife Meredith and their two children.
