Tracking
Due to the volume of packages our couriers deliver each day, it is not possible to provide a specific arrival time. Please refer to the Tracking page for the most up-to-date information about your delivery.
If a delivery date is available, it will appear under 'Scheduled delivery'. If no delivery date is available, click on the ‘Shipments Facts’ tab to view the expected delivery date under the standard transit section.

You can track the status of your package online via the tracking page. Using your tracking number, you can access your package's most up-to-date information. If the tracking page indicates that your shipment is on time, please use the ‘Estimated Delivery Date’ as a guide for when your shipment will arrive.
This is nothing to be concerned about, shipments may move through regional sorting locations before arriving at their final destination. This is very common.

Sending
In order to arrange a pick-up you will need to first have an account with FedEx.
If you have an account, you can schedule and manage pickups here.

You can book a shipment with FedEx from our shipping page. You can also find additional guidance here related to the type of shipment service you might need as well as information related to special shipping requirements (i.e. heacy/ large shipments, dangerous goods, high value packaged).

Shipping internationally can seem complex, but with this easy to follow guide you'll find everything you need to know to ship your package with ease.
Depending on what you are shipping and where you are shipping it to you may have to provide different documentation and information to allow your shipment to proceed through customs.

FedEx will attempt to contact you if there's any additional information or action required from you to ensure your shipment successfully clears customs. We advise that you wait until you hear from us and provide the information when you do.
Billing
Your account number is a nine digit number and appears in the top right of your invoicing. If you are registered for FedEx Billing Online, you can also check for it there.
If you have concerns about an invoice or specific shipment and need to dispute it prior to payment, you can submit a dispute online through FedEx Billing Online
To dispute an invoice via FedEx Billing Online:
- Click on the relevant invoice number form the "Account Summary" screen
- On the next page, click the "Dispute Invoice" button
- Individual shpments can be disputed by clikcing the appropriate air waybill number and the "Dispute Shipment Charges" button
- Select a reason for the dispute and provide additional information as required
On FedEx Billing Online you can use the Search for Invoice or Shipment feature if you know the specific invoice number or air waybill number. Enter the information and click the "Search" button
Calculations for Duty and Taxes are complex with several different elements taken into account.
In general, the calculations are based upon the goods description provided on the air waybill and its associated commodity code however, other factors such as origin and reason for import may all contribute to the overall value. Some commodities are also subject to other charges such as Excise Duty and CAP levies.

Where possible, we'll contact customers in advance by phone or email with an estimated cost of Duties and Taxes prior to a shipment being delivered. However, this is not always possible as we are often not aware of charges until after we have delivered a package.
