FedEx Import Tool – Importer Profile Registration Form

Welcome to the FedEx Import Tool Registration Form! This form is used to register your Importer Profile in our customer profile database.  With this profile created, once your customer profile is matched in our clearance process, you will have full visibility of your import shipments through the FedEx Import Tool.

Unless you otherwise notify us, you agree that the information provided here may be stored in FedEx's database and used by FedEx in Importer Profile. and marketing and promotional purposes. You are entitled to the rights stipulated under Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act of Taiwan. Conditions of use:

1. Only customers who have a corporate registration number, individuals National ID or ARC number (Resident), passport number (Foreigner) can apply for access to FedEx Import Tool.
2. Registration requests cannot be made on your behalf by a third-party.
3. You can request to add or delete email address under Importer profile.
4. Please note that it may take several business days for us to process your request before you can access FedEx Import Tool. We will inform you separately when your registration is complete. After successful registration, if there is still insufficient information with which to declare your import shipment, we may notify you about missing clearance information through the email address(es) registered under your Importer Profile.

The section to input your email and phone number will appear in Registration Information 2.
