Method 1:
After receiving the shipment delivery notification via email or SMS, follow the instructions to log in FedEx® Delivery Manager online, and directly select your preferred 7-ELEVEN store for pick up.
Method 2:
Contact FedEx Customer Service and ask for FedEx self-collection service at 7-ELEVEN with below information.
- FedEx tracking number
- Recipient’s Chinese name and mobile phone number
- Your preferred 7-ELEVEN store for pick up (check your preferred 7-ELEVEN store’s name or store number via link below)
*You need to show your ID when collecting your package at selected 7-ELEVEN store.

3 .The delivery commitment day will be extended an additional seven days after a shipment arrives at the 7-ELEVEN store.

Customers who have placed orders from overseas websites or are unable to obtain international packages can now through receiving SMS or email notifications from FedEx, choose one of Chunghwa Post’s 2,408 iBox as the pick-up location and enjoy the convenience of 24/7 pick-up.
*You need to enter SMS notification code at the machine when collecting your package at Chunghwa Post iBox.
How to use FedEx at iBox for your pick-up?
After receiving the shipment delivery notification via email or SMS, follow the instructions to log in FedEx® Delivery Manager online, and directly select your preferred iBox location for pick up.
