Method 1:
After receiving the shipment delivery notification via email or SMS, follow the instructions to log in FedEx^® Delivery Manager online, and directly select your preferred 7-ELEVEN store for pick up.

Method 2:
Contact FedEx Customer Service and ask for FedEx self-collection service at 7-ELEVEN with below information.

• FedEx tracking number
• Recipient’s Chinese name and mobile phone number
• Your preferred 7-ELEVEN store for pick up (check your preferred 7-ELEVEN store’s name or store number via link below)
