Can I get updates on the status of my claim?

Yes, you can. If your claim is directly sent to FedEx through the claims form or raised with FedEx Customer Service, you will receive a confirmation email followed by regular updates on the status of your claim.

My package status has remained the same for some time. Is the delivery going to be delayed?

The status of your shipment will be updated in the FedEx system at various points between pickup and delivery.

How do I schedule a pickup?

To schedule a pickup online, you need to have a fedex.com User ID.

Where can I find my invoice?

You can log in to FedEx Billing Online using your fedex.com User ID to get a soft copy of your invoice, or you may contact us.
