- Invoices or copy of invoices are available for up to 180 days
- All invoices are kept in a secure, encrypted environment
- If you choose to receive copies of invoices by email, they may hide some information such as names or account numbers for security
- The first person from a company to be logged into FedEx Billing Online is considered the Administrator and will be the only person allowed to add users and change Administrator rights to another person
