This service is not available at all locations, also it is not guaranteed and is subject to the identification of the shipment and must be booked via Customer Service.

Four delivery signature options can be chosen at the time of booking your shipment:

1. No Signature Required: Signature is not mandatory to receive the package
2. Indirect Signature Required: Mandatory signature required from someone at delivery address, from neighbour or building manager to receive the package.
3. Direct Signature Required: Signature is mandatory from someone at the delivery address only in order to receive the package.
4. Adult Signature Required: Signature is mandatory from any person of legal age at the delivery address to receive the package.

Streamline your international shipments by uploading your customs documentation electronically to pre-clear your shipments, reducing the risk of your shipments being delayed in customs. Electronic with Originals (EWO) enables customers to upload customs documents for countries/territories that require paper copies for customs clearance. Uploading documents enables early broker reviews of documentation and advanced notice to resolve issues, minimizing the chance of missing paperwork.
