“FedEx Ship and Save Program("Program")
Agreement
This section sets out the terms and conditions of the FedEx “Ship and Save” Program (the "Program").
You (hereinafter referred to as "You", "Your", "Customer", or "Participant") agree that the terms and conditions provided in this agreement ("Agreement") govern your participation in the ("Program").
Your eligible account number, as determined by FedEx has been pre-enrolled for the Program.
By tendering shipments with the FedEx account stated in the Promotion invitation email (“Invitation Email”), you will be deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions, on behalf of the entity with which you are employed or represent - if the participating account number is a business account.
Program Period (“Program Period”)
The Program Period is stated in the email notification from FedEx to you and will end on a date to be determined by FedEx. You will be notified of the Program end date via email from FedEx
Entry to Program
1. Entry into this Program is open to existing FedEx account holders who receive an invitation email from FedEx to participate in the Program (“Participants”).
2. A holder of a cash account or deleted account is not eligible for this Program.
3. If a Participant is a FedEx business account, then an individual person may be nominated as its representative ("Nominated Representative") and enter on the Participant's behalf, but not in his/her own name or on his/her own behalf. Only one Nominated Representative is permitted per Participant.
4. FedEx accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including delays in the delivery of an entry due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
5. If the Participant does not want his/her personal information to be utilized by FedEx for further promotional or direct marketing activities, the Participant may click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any FedEx email notifications
Rewards
1. Participants who have an active FedEx account in good standing, as determined by FedEx are eligible to participate
2. A Participant will receive a FedEx e-Shipping voucher subject to following:
a. SAR77 e-voucher on first shipment done within 30 days of the invitation email
b. SAR111 on third shipment done within 90 days of the invitation email
3. The FedEx e-Shipping voucher is only valid for redemption during the period specified on the voucher
4. The FedEx e-shipping voucher can only be redeemed once by the intended recipient, and is good for its value to offset freight service charges against one (1) FedEx invoice. It cannot be used to offset payment for duties, taxes, ancillary charges, surcharges (including, but not limited to, dynamic fuel surcharges), handling or billing fees.
5. To redeem FedEx e-voucher, customer needs to complete a form that will be sent embedded in the email
6. Any remaining balance of payment due to FedEx should be paid before the invoice due date
7. A FedEx e-Shipping Voucher with incomplete/incorrect invoice number will not be processed.
8. The FedEx e-Shipping Voucher cannot be used for cash-prepaid shipments.
9. The FedEx e-Shipping Voucher, including any unused value cannot be exchanged for cash, cash equivalents or any other gifts, goods or services of equal value.

11. The number of Eligible Shipments is determined based on the number of air waybills. One air waybill is equivalent to one shipment.
12. Pooling of shipments from multiple accounts is not permitted and such pooled shipments are not eligible to earn rewards in this Program.
13. FedEx reserves the right to replace the rewards stated herein with other items of equivalent value without notice.
14. FedEx e-Shipping voucher will be emailed to a Participant.
15. Eligible Shipments” must meet all the following requirements:
i. International Priority (IP), International Priority Freight (IPF), FedEx International Economy (IE) or FedEx International Economy Freight (IEF) shipments;
ii. Shipments tendered to FedEx during the Program Period (i.e. shipments tendered to FedEx by a Participant before the end of the Program Period as notified by FedEx);
iii. Shipments billed to a Participant’s FedEx account (as indicated in the Program invitation email from FedEx) and paid in full during the Program Period;
iv. Not applicable to spot-rate, CS hotline, FedEx 10kg and 25kg Box, International Priority Direct Distribution (IPD), International Economy Direct Distribution (IED) or International First (IF) service shipments.
v. The total discount amount will be communicated by sending a discount e-voucher to the eligible participant at the registered email address of the participant. This discount amount will be applied on pro-rata basis on all components within the invoice selected.
General Terms and Conditions
1. Only the targeted accounts as determined by FedEx will qualify for the Program. Discount will not apply to multiple FedEx accounts.
2. FedEx shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered by a participant or other parties in connection with this Program, including but not limited to personal injury and tax obligations that may arise from accepting any of the rewards, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
3. No discount will apply if any invoice relating to the FedEx account is overdue for payment.
4. FedEx will not entertain any claim or correspondence regarding the discount or otherwise, other than specified herein.
5. Eligibility to participate excludes the directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of FedEx, its related entities, suppliers, subcontractors, FedEx Worldwide Service Account service providers and agencies associated with the Program stated herein as well as employees, agents, officers, and representatives of any government department, government owned entity, juristic person funded by any government department, political party or public international organization, or any candidates for political office
6. FedEx reserves the right to require a Participant to execute a certificate of eligibility prior to awarding them with the Program reward, confirming that the Participant is not excluded from entry into this Program pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and that the Participant has complied fully with these Terms and Conditions. Truthful completion of this certificate is a precondition to the award of the Program rewards.
7. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to this Program, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
8. By entering this Program, unless otherwise advised by the participant, each participant consents to the information he or she submits being entered into a database which may be used by FedEx in any media for future promotional and publicity purposes in accordance with the FedEx privacy policy.
9. If this Program is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, and any other causes beyond the control of FedEx, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Program, FedEx reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Program.
10. The terms and conditions of carriage in the applicable FedEx Air Waybill, in effect on the day of any shipment, shall apply to the shipment. If there is a conflict between the terms of the FedEx Air Waybill and these Terms and Conditions, the former will control.
11. In the event of any disagreement between a Participant and FedEx with respect to interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the decision made by FedEx will be final and no other further correspondence will be accepted. FedEx will not be obliged to award the rewards if it is contrary to any applicable laws or regulations.
12. FedEx reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
Shipments
The terms and conditions of carriage in the applicable FedEx Service Guide, in effect on the day of any shipment made by the Participant under the Program, shall apply to any such shipments (‘Conditions of Carriage’). If there is a conflict between the Conditions of Carriage and the Program, the Conditions of Carriage will hold.
Complete Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Conditions of Carriage and Account Terms and Conditions, constitutes the entire agreement in place with the customer and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, statements, or agreements, written or oral. No amendment to, modification of, or waiver of any provision of, this Agreement will be binding on FedEx without FedEx's written consent.
