Your shipment wasn’t accepted due to one of these reasons:

1. It’s too heavy and weighs more than 20 kg – our maximum weight
2. It’s too big and exceeds maximum dimensions accepted at retail points: 50x40x30 cm
3. The value exceeds the limit of 4 500 PLN customs value or 450 PLN declared value
4. Our systems did not recognize the consignment number or it is no longer valid
