Our new gateway facility at Clark International Airport launched on September 18, 2021.

Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, the 17,000-square-meter facility enables faster processing with the capability to sort 9,000 parcels per hour.

As FedEx will service the Philippines with 36 weekly flights, you’ll have better connectivity to our global network, especially to and from Asia, the United States and Europe.

Is your new gateway open for facility tours?

Facility tours may be scheduled depending on availability. Full safety protocols, including wearing safety personal protective equipment, must be observed for the duration of the tour. Photography is not allowed.

Is there any impact to customers located in Clark with regards to our bank reference number (BRN)?

BRN is still required. But because of new regulations under CMO 17-2021, customers located in Clark must now post a General Transport Security Bond (GTSB) at the Port of Clark.

How will the relocation to Clark affect Philippine Export Zone Authority (PEZA) customers who don’t have a General Transport Security Bond (GTSB) in Clark?

1. PEZA customers must renew their General Transport Surety Bond (GTSB) with the Bureau of Customs (BOC) in Clark for their imports to be processed accordingly.

2. PEZA customers must also maintain their GTSB with the Bureau of Customs (BOC) at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).

Customers who have recently renewed their GTSB must send a copy of their new GTSB to the FedEx Clearance Operations team at PH-PezaCDN@corp.ds.fedex.com.

Can FedEx process lifting for customer-driven abandoned shipments?

Yes, if FEBRK and all the requirements are provided by the customer for the lifting of abandonment.

Are there any changes to the ancillary charges for customers in North and Central Luzon?

Will there be any changes on on the Automated Export Declaration System (AEDS) application for port of exit?

Yes, customers must declare Clark International Airport as the port of exit once relocated to Clark.

Will there be changes to your hotline numbers (CS, CDN hotline, etc.)?

Our Customer service hotline and CDN hotline numbers will remain the same.

Will there be faster clearance process or any other impact on my shipment clearance processing?

Faster clearance is anticipated with the implementation of 24/7 support from the Bureau of Customs and PEZA at our new Clark gateway.

Why do we need to get two GTSBs?

This is to comply with a Joint Memorandum Order issued by the Philippine Export Zone Authority (PEZA) and the Bureau of Customs (BOC) to obtain a GTSB for every Port of Exit

Can FedEx accommodate cold storage and temperature-controlled shipments in your new gateway?

We can accommodate the following:
Freezer

-20℃ to 5℃ (-4F to 41F)

Chiller

5℃ to 20℃ (23F to 68F)

Will FedEx have Sunday operations?

Sunday operations can be requested, but may be be subject to additional charges
